“What change do you want to see in the world?” With this question, included in every episode, fintech experts Nina Mohanty and Meaghan Johnson pave the way for the audience to get behind the change makers of our era in a brand new podcast series, aptly named Architects of Change.

The show aims to go beyond the boundaries of the financial industry and investigate the broader implications of tech as a catalyst for positive change in the world.

Architects of Change is an official Mambu podcast where successful entrepreneurs and commentators, coming from a wide range of backgrounds, share their experience and inspirational stories. Covering a diverse array of topics, episodes range from the Kyrgyz and Pakistani aerospace programmes’ fight for gender inclusion to the role of ethical hacking in the fight against financial crime.

Every two weeks on Wednesdays, beginning 26 May, the series unearths the stories of innovators and idealists who have taken it upon themselves to realise the kind of change they wanted to see in their communities. Combining personal storytelling with insightful analysis, guests illustrate how their experiences have pushed them beyond industry limits to influence culture as a whole. These are seasoned experts who are willing to pull back the curtain and share their perspectives.

Keeping up with trends, debunking myths and exploring new ecosystems are critical to working in tech today. Understanding how and why new startups come around, how the industry is evolving, and how we can latch onto its ripple effect of positive change.

As our hosts, Meaghan and Nina put it: “The technology revolution of the past twenty years has been exponential in bringing about change. As optimists, we like to see the glass half-full and believe that the positive far outweighs the negative. Most of us have witnessed first-hand how quickly and deeply technology can positively impact our lives”.
