Kelsey spent 10 years as Publisher for Bank Director and has conceptualized and launched brands such as FinXtech, a new business for Bank Director, in partnership with Nasdaq; was Co-Founder & Chief Business Development Officer for Neocova, a Banking-as-a-Service technology company; is Founder of Empact Innovation, her consultancy born out of her passion to connect people, ideas and businesses; and recently took the role of Director of Platform with Mendon Venture Partners.
