Our customers operate in highly regulated environments and we ensure that our cloud banking platform lives up to the highest banking security standards and is compliant with industry requirements.

We maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001 and have obtained an Independent Service Auditor Report, according to SSAE-18/SOC 1 and ISAE-3402 standards. Every employee undergoes mandatory security training as part of onboarding and an annual security refresh training.

Our customers are GDPR compliant and we ensure personal data doesn't leave the customer's jurisdiction or, if it does, we provide assurances of adequate data protection outside of customer jurisdiction.

All of our operations and management decisions are guided by the Mambu Code of Conduct and every employee is subject to mandatory Code of Conduct training upon joining Mambu.
