We are excited to introduce enhancements to our Customer Service Portal that will not only streamline internal audits but also strengthen security.

In addition to previously released sandbox management audit logs and user login history, every change made on the Accounts and Contacts pages in the Customer Service Portal is now logged and available for administrators. They have access to a detailed record of all modifications helping them streamline internal auditing.
