They’re set to redefine the second charge mortgage sector in the UK through tailored financial solutions to brokers and customers across England, Scotland and Wales.

Intermediaries can help customers borrow from £15,000 to £500,000 over 5 to 30 years, with variable or fixed options.

The challenge

A new lender with big ambitions

Interbridge Mortgages was founded to address gaps in the second charge mortgages market, offering brokers innovative solutions and making it easier for borrowers to access products that fit their needs.

As a new lender, they had to navigate the challenges of a new market entrant in a highly regulated environment.
