About the customer

Raiffeisen Digital Bank (RDB) is the digital-first venture under the Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) umbrella. RBI primarily operates brick-and-mortar banks with 17.2 million customers and 1699 business outlets across Eastern Europe.

RDB was established in 2021 with the goal of providing modern financial services to digitally-savvy customers in Poland.

Aiming to offer a seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience, RDB turned to Mambu to power their cloud-native digital bank solution.

RDB, part of RBI—a brand with a rich history of 135 years—needed to pivot from traditional, brick-and-mortar banking to a fully digital, cloud-native model.
