Finance

Our product team work closely with the rest of the organisation to define development priorities and ensuring that Mambu's platform is intuitive, flexible and reliable.
Commercial
Commercial is responsible for expanding and growing our business globally. They are the ones to introduce prospects to the capability and productivity of our platform and services.
Marketing
Our team of marketers, content creators and designers is bringing our brand to life across the globe, and work in close alignment with the sales team to drive leads and maximise growth.

Hiring manager interview
On to the next round, where things are ‘getting real’! You will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager to discuss your background, ambitions, expectations and skills.
Final interview
Almost there! As a final step you may be asked to join us for a final interview, or to complete an assignment that mimics a challenging situation you may expect at Mambu.

If your application is selected, our team of experts will assess the current state of the skills essential for the role you've applied for. This evaluation focuses on identifying your strengths and how they align with the key requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of your fit for the position.
Peer interviews
