The Mambu Customer Service Portal is a one-stop-shop for administrators within our client organisations to access the most commonly used resources and self-service options available to them. They can use it to manage their sandbox, view tenant metrics, access documentation and raise cases with Mambu Support teams.

The new user login history capability allows administrators to effortlessly access and export user login activity including successful logins, when multi-factor authentication was required, invalid password inputs and password lockouts after multiple unsuccessful attempts. Administrators may also export up to six months of data at a time.

With this information, administrators gain a comprehensive overview of user behaviour on the Customer Service Portal and can locate and address any suspicious activities promptly. It also ensures transparency and accountability within our client organisations.
