Fernando is a technology and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in organisations such as Amazon and Microsoft. He leverages deep technical insight gathered in hyper-growth environments to drive Mambu’s global teams to deliver optimal results for customers.

Werner is a seasoned enterprise software leader with an impressive growth track record and over 30 years experience in sales, services and marketing leadership at companies including Red Hat. As CRO he leads the global Commercial team and is responsible for all revenue-generating activities.

Having worked across 3 continents and multiple functions and roles during 21 years at Cisco, Sabrina help to deliver on Mambu's global growth expansion plan. As an integrator and communicator , she is focused on priority initiatives for the CEO and wider business.

Eugene Danilkis, Co-Founder & former Chief Executive Officer
Eugene, the co-founder and former CEO of Mambu, played a pivotal role in driving the company to the forefront of the cloud banking and fintech industry. Guiding an international team, Eugene successfully cultivated a thriving business that serves hundreds of customers, empowering tens of millions of end users with innovative financial solutions.
Henning Kagermann, Non-executive Director
Henning is the former co-chairman and CEO of SAP where he was instrumental in shaping its growth strategy. During and after his time at SAP, Kagermann became a close adviser to Chancellor Angela Merkel on technology. Henning currently sits on the board of Deutsche Post and Munich Re. He previously served on the board of Deutsche Bank.
Carolina Brochado, Non-executive Director
Carolina is a partner on the EQT Growth team, supporting technology companies and management teams at the scale-up stage. Prior to EQT, Carolina was a Partner at Softbank Vision Fund, where she invested in Growth stage companies globally, and prior to that, Carolina invested at Series A and B as a Partner at Atomico.
John Doran, Non-executive Director
John is a general partner and a founding member of TCV’s European investment efforts. He focuses on investments in software, internet, and fintech companies. Some of John’s current investments include Believe, Brex, Celonis, Dream Sports, Klarna, Mambu, Miro, Mollie, Razorpay, RELEX, Sportradar, TradeRepublic, The Pracuj Group, and Zeps.
Brian Feinstein, Non-executive Director
Brian is a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, one of the oldest and most successful investors in San Francisco with $5B under management. They have been instrumental in over 120 IPOs including LinkedIn and Skype. Brian focuses on early and growth-stage investments in enterprise software and has led many of the firm’s investments in vertical software.
Fritz Oidtmann, Non-executive Director
Fritz is a managing partner at Acton and an experienced businessman who co-founded and served as the CEO of OnVista. Additionally, Fritz has over 12 years of international management consultancy experience at McKinsey. He has also been a member of the supervisory board at XING AG since 2010.
Andre Bliznyuk, Non-executive Director
Andre is a partner at Runa Capital, a venture capital fund established to pursue opportunities in the areas of cloud computing, IT and mobile. He has led investments in companies such as Mambu, Lendio, Smava, Brainly and Zopa. Andre was formerly at Goldman Sachs and UBS.
