Adding new placeholders to save time, reduce errors, and ensure compliance and consistency

Mambu offers a wide selection of placeholders that enable customers to dynamically pull in data about a specific client, group, loan account, deposit account, or transaction into automated and manual SMS and email notifications, product documents, webhooks, streaming API events and tasks.
We added new ExternalReferenceId & ExternalID placeholders in the notification templates. The new placeholders are key data fields that will allow Mambu customers to identify and reference related transactions and maintain consistency in notifications, streaming API events, and more.
Placeholders help our customers save time and reduce errors that may occur with manual edits. They also help ensure consistency and compliance with regulations in place.
