Fernando Zandona
Chief Executive Officer
Fernando is a senior technology and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience at global organisations including Amazon and Microsoft. He leverages deep technical insight gathered in hyper-growth environments to drive Mambu’s teams around the globe and deliver optimal results for customers.
Jesper Hybholt Sorensen
Chief Financial Officer
Jesper is a seasoned finance leader with more than 15 years of experience at organisations including Oracle, DuPont and IBM. Most recently he was Group CFO at Avaloq, where he sat on the executive board. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance for Oracle's cloud services division.
Semhal Tarekegn O’Gorman
Chief Customer Officer
Semhal brings over 20 years of experience in SaaS, specializing in customer retention, service adoption, and account management and growth, including lifecycles, upselling, renewals, onboarding, technical support, and sales operations.
Ellie Heath
Chief People Officer
Ellie brings 15+ years of expertise in people operations, with globally held roles at companies such as WorldRemit, eBay, and the BBC. Specialising in compensation and benefits design, implementation and management, Ellie previously led Mambu’s Total Rewards and People Operations teams for over two years.

Henning Kagermann
Non-executive Director
Henning is the former co-chairman and CEO of SAP where he was instrumental in shaping its growth strategy. During and after his time at SAP, Kagermann became a close adviser to Chancellor Angela Merkel on technology. Henning currently sits on the board of Deutsche Post and Munich Re. He previously served on the board of Deutsche Bank.
Carolina Brochado
Non-executive Director
Carolina is a partner on the EQT Growth team, supporting technology companies and management teams at the scale-up stage. Prior to EQT, Carolina was a Partner at Softbank Vision Fund, where she invested in Growth stage companies globally, and prior to that, Carolina invested at Series A and B as a Partner at Atomico.
John Doran
Non-executive Director
John is a general partner and a founding member of TCV’s European investment efforts. He focuses on investments in software, internet, and fintech companies. Some of John’s current investments include Believe, Brex, Celonis, Dream Sports, Klarna, Mambu, Miro, Mollie, Razorpay, RELEX, Sportradar, TradeRepublic, The Pracuj Group, and Zeps.
Brian Feinstein
Non-executive Director
Brian is a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, one of the most successful investors in San Francisco with $5B under management. They have been instrumental in over 120 IPOs including LinkedIn and Skype. Brian focuses on growth-stage investments in enterprise software and has led many of the firm’s investments in vertical software.
Fritz Oidtmann
Mambu Board Chairperson
Fritz is a managing partner at Acton and an experienced businessman who co-founded and served as the CEO of OnVista. Additionally, Fritz has over 12 years of international management consultancy experience at McKinsey. He has also been a member of the supervisory board at XING AG since 2010.
Andre Bliznyuk
Non-executive Director
Andre is a partner at Runa Capital, a venture capital fund focused on cloud computing, IT, and mobile opportunities. He has led investments in companies like Mambu, Lendio, Smava, Brainly, and Zopa. Previously, Andre worked at Goldman Sachs and UBS, bringing extensive financial expertise to his venture capital endeavors.
Eugene Danilkis
Co-founder & former CEO
Mambu’s co-founder and former CEO, Eugene was instrumental in positioning the company as a leader in cloud banking. Under his leadership, Mambu grew into a thriving business, serving hundreds of customers and empowering millions of end users with innovative financial solutions.
