On this page you can find information about the sub-processors Mambu engages when processing Personal Data (as defined in the applicable agreement for the SaaS services between Mambu and Customer - the “Customer Agreement”), and (where applicable) according to its Data Processing Addendum/Agreement (DPA).

Mambu relies on (1) cloud hosting providers and (2) its group companies to support the provision of its services, processing personal data in accordance with its customers’ instructions.
Mambu imposes obligations on its sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures ensuring that the sub-processing of personal data is protected to the standards required by applicable data protection laws.

Where the engagement of a sub-processor involves cross-border processing of personal data, Mambu ensures that an appropriate safeguard is in place and a Transfer Impact Assessments has been performed.

The sub-processors relevant to each individual customer will depend on the Mambu contracting entity and the cloud hosting service provider and will be specified in the Customer Agreement.
