The team at Mambu had previous experience working with BPCE Payment Services, which gave Triple-A confidence in the integration approach and helped reduce technical uncertainty from the start.
In the summer of 2025, Triple-A kicked off the project with Mambu’s
Universal Gateway to connect its existing infrastructure to BPCE Payment Services.
Through an API-first integration layer, Mambu Payments handled the technical translation between Triple-A’s internal payment instructions and the
ISO 20022 messages required by the SEPA network. This supports the collection and payout flows needed for SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Instant Credit Transfer.
The ledger-agnostic architecture allowed Triple-A to retain control of its internal ledger and IBAN structures. Rather than adapting its systems to match a provider’s core platform, Triple-A could add Mambu Payments around its existing infrastructure.
Mambu also gave Triple-A operational visibility through its
dashboard, without requiring the company to develop a separate interface internally.
